About Us
Property Description
Our lake front home was built in 2018 and features 4 bedrooms. We have a great room that includes the living room, dining and kitchen. There is a spacious deck with bbq and outdoor table with 6 chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a private bathroom with an air bubble tub and spacious shower. The guest room has a queen bed and an adjacent bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed and one with two twins. A bathroom with shower and an additional family room with a full size sofabed. There is a hot tub on the patio which seats 5 people.
Amenities
Private dock and 2 buoys. Nine hole golf course, tennis and pickle ball. Bocci and playgrounds. Free concerts in the park.

Rates
You can rent this beautiful lake front property for $4,800 per week. We collect $300 cleaning fee and a $1500 refundable security deposit. The Lake Almanor Country Club charges $120 per week for the use of their facilities. And they have seperate fees to bring in your boat. Dogs are not allowed. Garbage pick up is provided.
